Three candidates for Council of Yukon First Nations Grand Chief

Three people are vying for the position of Grand Chief at the Council of Yukon First Nations.

Incumbent Ruth Massie is seeking reelection.

Former Ta'an Kwachan chief John Burdek is also running.

Performer Sharon Shorty, best known for her Grandma Suzie character, has also entered the race.

The election for Grand Chief takes place June 26 at the C.Y.F.N. general assembly in Whitehorse.
