These are traditional Yup'ik women's parkas named "Qaliq" made out of Arctic ground squirrels. Merna Wharton said "my mother made the right [parka] by replicating my great grandmothers parka from Akiachak and I made the left [parka] for my daughter." (Submitted by Merna Wharton)
