A patrol by RCMP, federal and provincial enforcement officers on Grand Lake earlier this month resulted in one arrest, four tickets and 115 warnings. Of the 50 operators screened for alcohol use, 40 tested positive.

Halifax maritime museum moving ahead with planned boat school
The Maritime Museum of the Atlantic is hoping to open a boat school on the Halifax waterfront by fall 2025. The new building will allow the museum to dramatically increase the number of young people it can teach to build and pilot boats.
