Golfers can now get a sneak peak of what's being pegged as one of the most anticipated courses of the year.

Cabot Cliffs overlooks the ocean and the steep cliffs in Inverness. The 18-hole course a sister course to Cabot Links, which opened three years ago.

Managing partnerBen Cowan-Dewar says they're open for what they're calling preview play.

"It's just a limited number of rounds. Basically we're capping the number of rounds and that's just to keep the wear and tear on the young turf to a minimum," he said.

The views have already won over Golf Digest writer Josh Sens. He describes the course as a stunning sight.

"It is unique, and there have been comparisons in the States in the press to Pebble Beach and to Cypress Point and you can see those elements in the way it runs so hard against the water, but there's nothing like it when you take intoaccount the view and the architecture and the surroundings," he said.

Cabot Cliffs will remain open until early October.

The official grand opening will take place in June of next year.

Cowan-Dewar says it's exceeded his wildest expectations.

"It's been amazing to watch the golf take shape across the land and it's just breathtaking. It really is just a breathtaking site."
