Nova Scotia RCMP have arrested two men after a shooting at a home on Arklow Drive in Cole Harbour that injured three people on Sunday night.

"Police surrounded a house on Caldwell Road and the two males surrendered and were taken into custody," said RCMP Const. Sandra McNaughton. McNaughton could not say if police are searching for more suspects.

The shooting victims have been taken to hospital. Two are in serious condition. RCMP have not released the condition of the third person.

Police received a 911 call from the house at 52 Arklow Dr. around 7 p.m.

"The complaint was four males wearing bandanas forced themselves into a residence and fired shots," said McNaughton.

The house where the shooting occurred has been taped off and police are holding the scene.

"The cops are there regularly," said Sarah Wedgewood, who lives next door.

"The issues that they have in the house are usually pretty self contained. There have been some incidents where they've been fighting out on the street, but other than that the last time police were next door was on Halloween."
