Nova Scotia RCMP are canvassing a Cole Harbour neighbourhood where three people were shot in a house on Sunday night.

Nova Scotia RCMP arrested two more people on Monday after three people were shot at a house in Cole Harbour.

At 12:30 p.m., police arrested two 17-year-old boys and seized a red four-door Honda Civic. Police said the alleged victims and attackers knew each other.

RCMP said four maleswearing bandanas forced themselves into a house on Arklow Drive and opened fire at around 7 p.m. on Sunday.

The alleged shooters escapedalong connecting pathways in the Arklow Driveand MerrimacDrive areatowardan awaiting vehicle near the residence, police said.

Paramedics rushed the victims a 17-year-old boy, a 17-year-old girl and an 18-year-old man to the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre in Halifax. Two were in serious condition. RCMP did not release the condition of the third person.

A couple of hours later, two men aged 18 and 17 were arrested after police surrounded a house on Caldwell Road. No charges have been laid. In total, four people are in police custody.

On Monday morning, police officers knocked on doors in the neighbourhood as tape continued to surround 52 Arklow Dr., where the shooting occurred.

Sarah Wedgewood, who lives nearby, said police are "regularly" at the house.

"Everybody's assuming it's a drug-related incident because the police are here all the time because of drugs," she said Monday."I was just worried for the people involved.Just hoping that they were OKwhen Isaw them come out on stretchers.Two of them had neck braces and one of them had the resuscitation device on his face.I was just worried for him."
