Accused spy Jeffrey Paul Delisle has elected to have his case heard in front of a judge and jury in Nova Scotia Supreme Court.

Accused spy Jeffrey Paul Delisle has elected to have his case heard in front of a judge and jury in Nova Scotia Supreme Court.

Delisle has not yet entered a plea, and there is no date yet for a hearing.

The Bedford resident is accused of passing military secrets to a foreign entity.

Delisle, 40, is a sub-lieutenant in the navy, posted to the security unit HMCS Trinity.
