Garrison Brewing releases Star Trek-themed beer for Hal-Con

A Halifax brewery says it's brewing a new beer that'sout of this world.

Garrison Brewing says it's set to release a new Star Trek-themedbeer called Klingon Warnog Roggen Dunkel Ale.

The company says the brew has a deep reddish, brown colour anduses authentic weizen ale yeast to give aromas ofcloves and banana.

Brian Titus of Garrison Brewing says it will launch the beer on Friday at the brewery.

He says the release of the Star Trek beer comes just in time forHal-Con, an annual sci-fi convention in Halifax happening thisweekend.
