Man, 25, dead after Highway 329 rollover

A 25-year-old man is dead after his vehicle left Highway 329, hit a culvert, rolled and then struck a power pole in East River Point, N.S. Saturday night.

Police said the car came to rest on its roof just before 9:20 p.m.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

Three passengers were taken to the Queen Elizabeth II Health Centre in Halifax. One was airlifted and the other two were taken by ambulance.

Police are investigating the crash.
