Kentville man airlifted to hospital after car collides with dump truck

A 54-year-old Kentville, N.S., man was airlifted to hospital after his car collided Friday morning with a dump truck that was travelling in the opposite direction on Prospect Road in Kings County.

A 54-year-old Kentville, N.S., man was airlifted to hospitalafter his car collided late Friday morning with a dump truck that was travelling in the opposite direction on Prospect Road in Kings County.

In a news release, RCMP say the dump truck driver was uninjured.

Police say the road was closed for several hours, but has since reopened.
