Hants County man, 63, dies in 2-vehicle crash

A 63-year-old man from Hants County died Sunday in a two-vehicle crash in Franey Corner, N.S., about 50 kilometres north of Bridgewater.

RCMP say they received a call about the incident around 4:45 p.m.

A motorcycle and an SUV pulling a trailer collided near the intersection of Forties Road and Barss Corner Road.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, RCMP say. The two occupants of the SUV were not injured.

An investigation is underway.
