It looks like some Maritime communitiescan expect a couple of more snow events this week.

The next will be a disturbance passing by to our south on Wednesday.

This feature will brush Atlantic coastal communities of Nova Scotia with some light snow Tuesday night, but clear out before daybreak on Wednesday leaving behind a few centimetres.

This disturbance will not affect New Brunswick and only raises the possibility of some flurries on Prince Edward Island and flurries for inland Nova Scotia.

Wednesday itself should see just a mix of sun and cloud.

Then on Thursday, the next storm comes along, passing to our south but not far enough to our south that would preclude another significant snowfall.

This next system, which will bring mostly flurries to New Brunswick, will bring more shovelable snow to much of the region before clearing the area Friday.

At this time it looks like we will have a mostly sunny start to the weekend as a large area of high pressure slowly moves into the Maritimes. However, there are indications of yet more snow for Sunday.

Temperatures will continue to be colder than normal with some moderation with Thursday's disturbance and again on Sunday.
