Jacques Lapointe, told the CBChe is looking into the provincial Crown corporation's activitiesafter Halifax Regional Municipality's auditor generalreleased his report last week.

Larry Munroe's report details the transfer of Ticket Atlantic from HRM's Metro Centre to Trade Centre Ltd. His reportfound that the transfer in 2006 happened without approval of documented minutes.
