Ottawa-native Erica Wiebe is one to watch as she wrestles forTeam Canada at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

As the Olympics approach, she'llbe using the hashtag #OurAthletes to share a behind-the-scenes look at her training, hobbies and passions plus her experiences as she gears up to compete inBrazil.

About Erica Wiebe

Erica had a passion for sports at an early age. She's come a long way since signing up for co-ed wrestling practice in Grade 9 at Sacred Heart High School.

Now 26, the Stittsvillenative already has some impressive accomplishments under her belt. She is a six-time Canadian National Champion, three-time CIS National Champion, 2014 Commonwealth Games Champion and 2014 FISU University World Champion.

Off the mat, Erica is also an ambassador for Fast & Female, Right to PlayandKidSport Calgary.
