2 killed in head-on Quinte West crash

Ontario Provincial Police say both drivers were killed in a head-on crash northwest of Belleville Tuesday night.

It said in a social media post the crash happened around 9:30 p.m. on Frankford Road near Scotts Church Road in Quinte West.

Police have not named either victim. They said around 2 p.m. the road had reopened.

The scene is about 12 kilometres northeast of Trenton and 12 kilometres northwest of downtown Belleville.
