Is Ottawa the city that fun forgot?

Local filmmakers explore Ottawa's reputation as a boring city in the upcoming documentary, "The City that Fun Forgot?"

Filmmaker Amen Jafri spoke to locals, tourists and politiciansin the hopes that it wouldhelp envision abetter Ottawa with a newreputation.

And Jafri found that while Ottawa hasbeen described as beautiful but stale, many alsobelieve the city's fun factor is on the rise.
