Kingston Police charge man with 2nd-degree murder

Kingston Police have made an arrest in connection with a man'sdeath last month.

Kingston Police have made an arrest in connection with a man'sdeath last month.

In a Friday news release, the police service said it has charged a 34-year-old man with second-degree murder in connection withthe July 26 death of a 33-year-old person.

The suspect was arrested on Thursday.

Police continue to investigate the death,which is believed to have happened in the area between Leroy Grant Drive and MacDonnell Street.

Policefound the victim suffering serious injuries they said were caused by another person. They died of their injuries later.

The suspect is scheduled for bail court on Friday.
