The weather seems to be in an uncommitted relationship with Ottawa these days.It's cold. Then warm. Then cold. Then back to warm.
The fluctuating temperatureis beating up on the roads. You don't have to drive far to find crater-sizedpotholes.
Complaining about potholes is a perennialpastime in Ottawa, but that doesn't mean we can't also have a little fun with it.
