Ottawa's $70M cycling strategy meant to improve safety

The City of Ottawa plans to spend$70 million over the next 15 years to expand and upgrade bicycle paths, particularly downtown.

Thetransportation committee received an update on the plan Wednesday, which leads all the way to 2031.

As Cory O'Kelly reports, the city's goal is to make cyclists more comfortable riding on busy downtown streets.
