Muggy mix for Ottawa with another chance of rain

Ottawa has seen rain, on average, once every two days in 2017. That is an unofficial record (and includes winter).

Wednesday could be the 95th day of 2017 with rain, which is once every two days

There are a few showers moving through the north of Ottawa as the sun breaks through a bit later in the morning.

We will have a muggy mix of sun and cloud today with highs in the mid-20s. Despite some cloud, the UV index is very high at 9.

Not a record some want, but Ottawa has (unofficially) now seen 94 days with rain in 2017 (out of 191). That's the most since Environment Canada started record keeping.

Could today make it 95? Yes. There's a chance of rain this afternoon.
