2 killed in skydiving accident near Gatineau airport

The two men were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash Saturday afternoon, police told Radio-Canada.

Two men are dead following a skydiving accident Saturday near the Gatineau, Que., airport.

Officers were called to the scene of the accident at around 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

First responders located the two men in an agricultural area north of the airport. They were declared dead atthe scene, Gatineau police told Radio-Canada.

The names of the two men have not been released. Police are continuing to investigate.
