Police investigate after another Ottawa man shot in both legs

Ottawa police are asking for the public's help after a second shooting in ten days in which the victim was shot in each of his legs.

Ottawa police are asking for the public's help after a second shooting in ten days in which the victim was shot in each of his legs.

Police said a man came into the Ottawa Hospital at about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday morning with gunshot wounds to each leg.

He refused to co-operate with police and would not disclose where the shooting happened, police said.

On Sunday, June 22, a 24-year-old man also refused to co-operate with police after he was shot in both legs in the ByWard Market.

In that incident, police said shots were heard on George Street near Cumberland Avenue around 2:30 a.m.
