A popular traveling museum exhibit about the characters in Star Wars is coming to the Canada Aviation and Space Museum in Ottawa.

Set to run from May 10 to Sept. 2, the Star Wars Identities exhibit features detailed histories of the fictional Luke and Anakin Skywalker, as well as the characters they met along their journeys throughout the film series.

Star Wars Identities made its world premiere in April 2012 at the Montreal Science Centre. The immersive, interactive touring show explores human identity through the Star Wars universe and its vast pantheon of characters.

It was conceived and created entirely in Quebec by X3 Production.

The exhibit features more than 200 artifacts from LucasFilm archives, according to the museum's website.

The exhibit also allows viewers to create their own Star Wars identities.

Also in May, Ottawa Comiccon runs over three days and includes the original Batman and Robin, Adam West and Burt Ward, plus Gillian Anderson from the sci-fi television series, X-Files.
