MacArthurhasn't played an NHL game in 18 monthswhile hebattled symptoms of post-concussion syndrome.

On Tuesday, the veteran played just under 10 minutes in a 2-0 win over the Detroit Red Wings.

MacArthur, who turns 32 on Thursday, was named the game's third star. He fought tears as fans cheered him on, as well as during a post-game interview (which you can see in the video above).
