Three challengers are hoping to unseat the incumbent in urban Somerset ward.

Catherine McKenney was elected to council in 2014 with 40 per cent of the vote, becoming the first open LGBTQ woman at the table.

This time around, her challengers are:

Candidates who did not provide a website when they registered do not have links to their campaigns.

Housing affordability continues to be a serious concern in this inner-city ward. Concerns over development, whether or not supervised injection sites will get funding, and cycling and walking infrastructure are important to residents. One of the big issues here? Sidewalk snow removal.
