Police are looking into reports teens were drugged and inappropriately touched at a Halloween party.

Three girls say they were sexually assaulted during the Spookland Halloween party in western Quebec, including one who was found naked, unconscious and drugged at the party's site, police say.

About one thousand people attended the private party at Mont Cascades, which was a licensed event with five DJs and three dance floors.

The events Facebook page said the event was aimed at people between the ages of 16 and 21, but people said people as young as 14 were bused in from Ottawa and eastern Ontario towns likeCarletonPlace,Kemptvilleand Perth. Organizers had recruited at area schools, police added.

Nine people were taken to hospital for either drug useor alcohol poisoning, paramedics said.Then on Saturday, three separate girls who attended the event made sexual assault allegations to police.

Police say two investigations have officially begun involvinga 16-year-old and 17-year-old girl.

The 16-year-old was found at the party naked and unconscious. She was taken to hospital and tests found the 'date rape' drug GHBin her system,police said.The second case involves the alleged sexual touching of a17-year-old girl. Each investigation continues and there are no suspects.

A third girl has not launched an official police complaint and has only verbally relayed her allegation. The 16-year-old told police she was touched inappropriately.

Anyone who witnessed a sexual assault or believes they were a victim at the site is asked to call police at819-459-9911 or 1-888-459-9911.

Police added they would release more details about their investigation on Monday.

Party disorganized, over-capacity, patrons say

People who went to the event and spoke to CBC News on Saturday said the partys organization was very different from the previous year, claiming too many tickets were sold and bartenders stopped checking IDs.

One party patron described the event as being "like a mosh pit"and another claimed people were handing out pills on the bus heading to the party, with one person allegedly suffering a seizure.

In an email statement given to CBC News Saturday afternoon, the Ottawa-based organizing group, I'm With The DJ, said some people came to the event already"heavily intoxicated" and paramedics were called once the guestsgot to the venue.

Otherwise, they said the night passed "without incident and disputed any disorganization or issues with capacity.

"We are taking this matter very seriously, " read a statement sent to CBC News on Sunday.

"First and foremost, we recognize and appreciate the courage of the complainants in coming forward. We are co-operating with the police in every possible way and share their commitment to investigating perpetrators of any sexual violence that may have occurredon Fridaynight. We have also begun an internal review of this matter."
