Tourism Minister Rob Henderson said both the government and the potential buyeragreed to end the negotiations.

In November Henderson announced that negotiations were in their final stages, and a deal was expected within weeks.

But in December Henderson said there were complications. He now says there will be no deal.

With the possibility of a deal gone, the province will again operate Crowbush this summer, along with the other three provincially-owned golf courses.

Henderson said the province is still in discussionsfor the possible sale of the Mill River Golf Course.
