A driver charged with passing a school bus has been issued a ticket for $1075 and 8 demerit points.

A driver charged with passing a school bus has been issued a ticket for $1075 and 8 demerit points.
RCMP say they began their investigation on Oct. 18 at around 8 a.m., after a school bus driver in Stratford, P.E.I., reported a vehicle passed his bus on theBunburyRoadas children were getting on board.
Police said the school bus' flashing lights were clearly illuminated.
A 39-year old driver was later identified and charged.
