Northumberland Ferries is resuming its normal schedule between Nova Scotia and P.E.I.

Northumberland Ferries is resuming its normal schedulebetween Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia.

The ferry didn'tleave from Wood Islands, P.E.I.,for its 6:30 a.m. crossing to Caribou, N.S. due to mechanical problems, company officials said.

The ferries are returning to their regular schedule with a crossing leaving Caribou at 11:15 a.m.
