Paving on Route 6 near P.E.I. National Park expected to cause 'minor delays'

Work to widen Route 6 in Grand Tracadie, P.E.I., at the Gulf Shore Parkway intersection started Wednesday, the provincial government says.

Work to widen Route 6 in Grand Tracadie, P.E.I., at the Gulf Shore Parkway intersection started Wednesday, the provincial government says.

A 1.2-km stretch is being paved.

There will be alternating one-lane traffic for the next two weeks.

The province says to expect "minor delays."
