Police work isn't all sirens and shootouts. As the RCMP in North Battleford are showing, sometimes it's about trying to find stolen dogs or helping confused patients find their way back to the hospital.

Recently, the detachment started releasing detailed reports ofcalls they receive and investigate.

Among them: big-time perfume thieves, a Mercedes-driving woman in a drive-thru dispute and one truly mysterious pine needle.
