Fans blissful after AC/DC rocks Regina

Those who came to hear such favourites as Back in Black, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, and Highway to Hell, did not come away disappointed, based on comments after the show.

"These guys were truly amazing they rocked totally," said one happy showgoer, accompanied by friend with glow-in-the-dark devil horns.

Fans cheered as guitarist Angus Young hit the stage wearing his traditional English schoolboy's costume and they kept it up ashe andsinger Brian Johnson,drummer Phil Rudd, guitarist Malcolm Young, and bassist Cliff Williams workedtheir way through a 20-song set.

The show ended with fireworks.

About 44,000 people attended the open-air show at Mosaic Stadium, the same venue where the CFL's Saskatchewan Roughriders play.

Tuesday morning, crews continued to break down the massive stage.

The Aussie rockers next play Edmonton's Commonwealth Stadium on Wednesday and Vancouver's BC Place on Saturday.
