Former Rams Charles, Hus NFL bound

The University of Regina is once again making a name for itself in the NFL, with former players Stefan Charles and Jorgen Hus signing deals on Saturday.

Following the 2013 NFL Draft, Charles, a defensive lineman,signed as a free agent with the Tennessee Titans. Hus, a long-snapper,signedwith the St. Louis Rams.

With Charles and Hus heading south, there are now four former Regina Rams in the NFL.

Regina product Jon Ryan is a punter for the Seattle Seahawks. Last year, defensive lineman Akiem Hicks was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the third round of the NFL Draft.

Jorgen Hus spoke to CBC's Craig Lederhouse, of The Afternoon Edition.
