Indian Posse co-founder wanted on sex assault charge

One of the founders of the Indian Posse street gang is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for sexual assault and assault with a weapon.

Canada-wide warrant issued for arrest of Richard Daniel Wolfe, 38

One of the founders of the Indian Posse street gang is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for sexual assault and assault with a weapon.

The charges were filed following incidents Sunday at a home in Fort Qu'Appelle, Sask., the RCMP said.

Richard Daniel Wolfe, 38, is also charged with breaching the conditions of his statutory release from prison.

In 1996, he was sentenced to 19 years in prison for the attempted murder of a Winnipeg pizza delivery driver who was shot in the chest.
