Winning ticket for $50-million Lotto Max jackpot sold in Prairies

The single winning ticket for Friday night's $50-million Lotto Max jackpot was soldin the prairies.

The winning numbersfor an estimated $50 million were 8, 14, 18, 20, 24, 39 and46. The bonus was 23.

According to the Western Canada Lottery Corporationwebsite, the winning ticket was sold in Alberta.

A$100,000prize was won by twotickets purchased in Edmonton and Saskatchewan.

There were also five MaxMillion prizes of $1 million, but there were no winning tickets sold.

The jackpot for the next Lotto Max will be drawn on Nov. 18 and will be approximately $15 million.
