Saying theyhaven'tseen a financial report for more than six years, 12 out of 17 members spokeout against Mtis Nation of Saskatchewan President, Robert Doucette.

Their concerns have been confirmed by an external report commissioned by the federal government.

CBC News has obtained a copy of the report, which was released in 2011. The document reveals major problems in both governance and finances.

"We really don't know where the money is," said Lela Arnold, the regional director for Mtis Nation Regina."How much money, we really don't know anything like that."

Doucette did not return CBC's calls Friday. Tuesday he told protesters outside his office in Saskatoon that he was aware of the problems and was dealing with them.

This is not the first time Doucette came under fire.In 2011, members were calling for his resignationbecause they thought money had been misspent.
