After four days of searching, RCMP say they continue to look for Sheree Fertuck adding they now consider her disappearance to be suspicious.

"Based on the fact that the investigation thus far has revealed that Sheree was a personof habit and predictable behaviours,RCMParetreating her disappearanceassuspicious," RCMP said in a statement Friday.

Fertuck, 51, was last seen Monday afternoon. She lives in Saskatoon but earns her living hauling gravel and works from the family farm in the Kenaston area. Family members were concerned when Fertuck did not return later on Monday. On Tuesday morning the gravel truck was found at a gravel pit near the town.

Fertuck's mother, Juliann Sorotski, has expressed fear that her daughter may have been abducted.

RCMP said Friday that they have used tracking dogs, search and rescue officers and other police specialists in the effort to locate Fertuck, to no avail.

"We are desperately seeking information from anyone who may have information as to Sheree's whereabouts," RCMP said. "Local residents in the [Kenaston] area are being asked to check their property, any outbuildings and surrounding areas to determine if there are any items (shoe or vehicle tracks) or any indication of activity that appears to be out of the ordinary."

RCMP said any sightings of the woman, or her truck, between 1 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday could also help their investigation.
