Regina Correctional Centre inmates on hunger strike

Fifteen inmates at the Regina Provincial Correctional Centre are on a hunger strike.

Corrections said the inmates are requesting more access to outdoor areas, more time to exercise and a weight machine.

Staff saidthey are working with the inmates to see if anything can be done to address these issues.

According to officials, the inmates are all healthy and being monitored closely.
