A report of a shooting on Grant Road last week was only latest in a summer of gun incidents in Regina.

It's been a year when attempted murders including those involving firearms have gone up by some 325 per cent.

In the latest incident, police were looking for two people after a window was shot out last Wednesday morning.

It's believed two male suspects, dressed in dark clothing with their faces covered, fled the scene in a truck.

Since June, there have been at least 18 incidents involving shootings and gun seizures where police have been called.

Statistics on where the gun incidents occur suggests it happens over a wide area.
