Shaina Lynden, BScKin 2005, is a member of Yellow Quill first nation and is currently a Police officer with the Saskatoon Police Service. After experiencing the importance of mental health and well-being first hand, Shaina was able to combine her passion for fitness and community and co-founded the first boutique indoor cycling studio in Saskatoon. As a first time business owner, Shaina worked tirelessly to create a space for people to come together and de-stress.

On February 6, 2016, Ryde YXE Cycle Studio opened its doors on Broadway in Saskatoon and has already welcomed over 1350 people. Shainas' passion for community shines through as Ryde YXE as she raises money weekly for local charities. This is Shainas' vision of creating positive change for all people in the Province of Saskatchewan.

Cystic Fibrosis, a charity, has already raised over $1800 in the first 5 Ryde for Change events.

Shaina also devotes herself as a proud wife and mother of 5 amazing kids.
