Dionne is an eight-time cancer survivor, who was first diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 30.

Graham owns a large truck and bus dealership with commercial towing/rescue services and chose to honour his wife through the truck, named "Warrior of the Ribbon".

Addressing people gathered on Friday, Dionne quoted Muhammad Ali: "don't count the days, make the days count".

"I believe everybody should live like this, every day," Dionne said. "I really hope all of you are. For time is precious and every day truly is a gift just ask a survivor."
