Former Hells Angel Jesse Bitz gets probation, fine for threats

Former Hells Angel Jesse Bitz will spend one year on probation for threatening his former boss Leonard Bangawith death and bodily harm. Bitzis also under court order to stay away from Banga and his family. And Bitz must pay a fine of $2,500 plus a victim surcharge of $750.

He was sentenced today in Saskatoon. The judge said Bitzlikely learned his lesson, and has moved on in his life since uttering the threats.

The judge also took into account how much time has passed since Bitz's only other criminal conviction. In 1997, he wasguilty of assault causing bodily harm.
