The Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission will not move forward with a complaint regarding Merry Christmas messages on city buses in Saskatoon.

Saskatoon resident Ashu Solo filed a complaint in January saying the words Merry Christmas excluded people of other faiths and was therefore discriminatory.

In a statement on its web page, the Human Rights Commission said it will not hear the complaint.
