As memories and stories from Mosaic Stadium at Taylor Field continue to pour from across the province, Rider Nation received a special message from former pivot Kerry Joseph.

As memories and stories from Mosaic Stadium at Taylor Field continue to pour from across the province, Rider Nation received a special message from former pivot Kerry Joseph.

On Saturday, ahead of the Saskatchewan Roughriders final game at the old stadium before they move down the street into their new $278 million stadium, Joseph recorded a farewell to Taylor Field video from Lake Charles, Louisiana on Youtube and sent it out to his 5,000+ followers on Twitter.

In the video Joseph reminisces about his first time walking into Taylor Field on the visiting side with the Ottawa Renegades. Joseph recalls walking into "hostile environment."

Fast forward to 2006 when Joseph joined the Riders, Joseph said he loved coming to Mosaic on game day to see what he describes as a college-like atmosphere with rambunctious tailgaters and everyone dressed in green and white.

Joseph added he'll never forget being part of the 2007 Grey Cup winning team and hoisting the trophy in the bitter cold.

Joseph also had a message for Rider fans, consoling them for a poor season this year, but optimistic and confident next year is going to be much better.
