La Loche, Sask., shooting victim released from Saskatoon hospital

Another one of the seven surviving victims of a deadly school shooting in La Loche, Sask., has been released from a Saskatoon hospital, CBC News has learned.

A surviving victimof a deadly school shooting in LaLoche, Sask., nearlythree weeks ago has been released from a Saskatoon hospital,CBC News has learned.

Three other victims remain at Royal University Hospital.

The Saskatchewan Premier's Office confirmed the release Thursday morning.

In all, four people were killed and seven others wounded when a male opened fire Jan. 22 at a home in the community and later atthe La LocheCommunity School.

A 17-year-oldhas been charged with four counts of first-degree murder and seven counts of attempted murder, related to the shooting. He cannot be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
