Ms. Lauryn Hill, Metric to headline SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival

The SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival is bringing back some favourite artists to headline this year.

Ms. Lauryn Hill last played the festival mainstage in 2014. This year, the original member of The Fugees turned solo artist will open the festival on Friday, June 24.

Metric will also return to the festival. The band is touring its latest album, Pagans in Vegas, and last played at the festival in 2013. Metric will take the stage Saturday, June 25.

Finally, world famous blues-rock ensemble Tedeschi Trucks Band will play Sunday, June 26th.

In honour of the announcements, the festival is offering a special ticket bundle for all three shows, for $189, at a 10 per cent discount.

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, March 1, at 10 a.m. CST.
