Man's death in Lac La Ronge 'suspicious': RCMP

The RCMP is asking for the public's help as they investigate the death of a manin the Lac La Ronge area.

The death of a man from the Lac La Ronge Indian Band is suspicious, Saskatchewan RCMP say.

La Ronge RCMP responded to a call around noon on Thursday about a man founddead at a residence in the Bell's Point area of Lac La Ronge.

The RCMPwon't disclose the man'sname while next of kin are still being notified.

The Saskatchewan Coroners Service is assisting the RCMP with the investigation.

The Mounties are asking anyone who might have seen suspicious activity in the Bell Point area between Oct. 7-10 to contact them bycalling 310-RCMP (7267). Information can also be submitted anonymously by contacting Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or www.saskcrimestoppers.com.
