The City of Saskatoon unveiled its City Centre Plan, a long-term vision for the urban core. The plan includes allowing outdoor cafs and taller buildings, heated sidewalks and the creation of a new public plaza and pedestrian priority streets. It also calls for improved transportation, transit, bike, and parking.
