Saskatoon police arrest man suspected of dealing fentanyl

Police have arrested a 25-year-old man and charged him with trafficking counterfeit oxycontin, or fentanyl.

Saskatoon police have arrested a25-year-old man and chargedhim withtrafficking counterfeit oxycontin,orfentanyl.

The arrest was made Thursday afternoon near the intersection of Richardson Road and Murdoch Place in Westview.

Police said theyseized 10 pills.

Theman is facing charges of trafficking and possession for the purpose of trafficking, as well as two counts of breach of probation.

He is set to appear in court Friday morning.
