Police Chief Clive Weighill is meeting with the public tonight.

He's the main speaker at a forum at the Farmers' Market hosted by the Saskatoon Board of Police Commissioners. The subject is creating a culture of community safety.

There will be a panel with speakers from the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon Health Region, Saskatoon Council on Aging, the Open Door Society and Str8Up.

Weighill is expected to talkabout how policing has evolved.

The session runs 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. CST.
